Information we handle

• Google sign-in: your Google account identifier, basic profile, name, email address and profile image, plus session records.
• Video requests: photos you submit, text prompts or topics, settings, job and provider identifiers, processing status, timestamps and generated videos.
• Credits and payments: balance, reservations, uses and returns. For purchases, order reference, amount, currency and status; Waffo handles hosted checkout.
• Technical and support records: request metadata used for security and any information you send to support.

Before and after submission

Selecting a photo in the studio creates a browser preview. It is not uploaded merely by selecting it or preparing a local scene brief. When you submit a live generation request, Rapframe uploads the selected photos to private storage.

For generation, the selected provider receives the photos or prompt, settings and instructions needed for the job. For applicable formats, it also receives prepared performance material needed to create the requested scene. You do not need to upload a video.

Why and where we process data

We use this information to sign you in, process a requested video, deliver your result, account for credits, prevent abuse and resolve failures. Cloudflare provides hosting, private storage and database services; Google provides sign-in; New video requests use MiniMax H3 (minimax/h3), a video model developed by MiniMax and served through Replicate; SeeAPI may still process previously submitted jobs. Waffo processes credit payments through its hosted checkout.

We do not publish private uploads as examples or sell them. Providers may process data outside your country and apply their own retention and privacy terms. Our local expiry does not delete provider-held copies at the same time. SeeAPI currently does not schedule automatic expiry for submitted or generated files; contact us if a provider deletion request is needed.

Cookies and local storage

Essential, HTTP-only cookies keep you signed in for up to seven days and support Google sign-in. Your browser can store a language preference. Blocking essential cookies may prevent account functions from working.

Google Analytics loads when you visit Rapframe and receives visit and page information. It may set analytics cookies. We do not enable advertising storage or personalization.

PVUV.ai measures visits and traffic quality. It may receive page URLs, referrers, browser and device details, and traffic-quality signals. It uses first-party cookies and may store a visitor identifier in local storage.

Retention and security

Access to a video expires 24 hours after submission. Scheduled cleanup then removes expired photos and results from Rapframe storage, including jobs needing manual review; a backlog can delay removal. Completed or failed job records are removed after media cleanup. Review, account, credit and payment reconciliation records may outlast media access.

Media is kept in private storage and results require account access. Stored OAuth tokens are encrypted. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Replicate and SeeAPI have their own processing and retention policies, so Rapframe’s cleanup does not establish when their copies are removed.

Your choices and contact

You can browse public pages without signing in, remove a photo before submission, sign out and download your result before it expires. Contact Rapframe support to request access, correction or deletion of your information or to report an unauthorized photo. We may need to verify your identity and retain records needed for security, disputes or legal obligations.

Account deletion is handled through a support request rather than a self-service control. Use the support address below or the link in your account menu. This policy will be revised if our processing changes.
