Refund Policy

Effective 27 October 2026 · Version 1.0. This policy applies to Rapframe credit packs. Credit packs are one-time purchases; there is no subscription, renewal or automatic top-up.
When a refund is available
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been used for a completed video. Credits reserved for an unresolved request are reviewed before a refund decision; credits returned after a confirmed generation failure are not treated as used.
We also review duplicate or incorrect charges, failure to deliver purchased credits or the paid service, and refunds required by applicable law, even if the 7-day period has passed or credits have been used. We will correct a confirmed billing error or non-delivery with an appropriate full or partial refund or another remedy required by law.
Credits already used
Credits consumed by a completed video are not ordinarily refundable. A partly used pack does not qualify for the 7-day full refund for unused packs. For an eligible billing error, non-delivery or legal claim, we review the order and credit ledger to determine the refund amount; any refund cannot exceed the amount paid for that order.
When a payment refund is approved, the credits corresponding to the refunded amount are removed from the account balance. Any credits reserved for an unresolved video request are reconciled first. Returning credits after a failed generation request is not a cash refund. Promotional or free credits have no cash refund value.
How to request and when we respond
Email support@airapvideos.net with the account email, order or transaction ID, purchase date and reason for the request. If a particular video is involved, include its job ID. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
We will acknowledge the request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 5 business days after receiving the information needed to review it. If more information is needed, we will tell you what is missing.
Refund method and timing
Approved payment refunds are issued through Waffo to the original payment method, in the original transaction currency. We do not pay refunds to another card, account or wallet. Card refunds usually appear within 3–10 business days after processing and can take up to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider and issuing bank. We will notify you if a refund fails and help resolve it.
This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund or other consumer right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
